Do you suffer from sciatica, hip pain, pulled hamstring? I have a lot of sciatic nerve pain that runs down my right leg. At times it's nearly unbearable. Mine is the result of a serious car accident that I was in about 8 months ago. I suffered  broken L5, 9 broken ribs, broken right knee , and broken left forearm and wrist. Needless to say it's been a long road of recovery.

When I broke L5 in my spine, L4 slid and is putting pressure on my sciatic nerve which causes a lot of pain in my lower back and also a hot pain that runs down my right leg. Some days it's almost too much to take. I wore a lumbar brace for quite a while, but it was big and bulky and very uncomfortable. It came up too high and made my ribs hurt worse. so I have been looking for some kind of brace that would give me the support I need but was comfortable to wear. I found it in the BODYMATE Compression Brace.

This brace is adustable( fits up to 46" hip) and can be worn on either leg. Lightweight,  it's not heavy  like the heavy lumbar brace I was wearing. It lends the right amount of support where I need it. It really makes a difference for me.

Made from breathable neoprene, this brace keeps you cool and comfortable, even in the heat we've been having where I live.

The special design of this brace helps with faster recovery with groin, quad, hip. hamstring, sciatica injury . It increases blood flow and reduces  recovery time by providing  soothing compression relief to pain.

I received this product at a discount to facilitate this review.

  2. Rising healthcare expenses in developed nations have made it difficult for many people to seek the medical care they need. From 2011 to 2012, healthcare costs in the United States increased 3.7 percent, costing consumers $2.8 trillion, or $8,915 each person. Some analysts estimated the latest figures to be closer to $3.8 trillion with government spending at a whopping 17.9% of GDP. Australians spent $132.4 billion on healthcare, while people in the UK spent £24.85 billion. Government expenditure in both these countries sit at between 9-10% of GDP, which may seem more manageable compared to the US, however healthcare leaders in both these countries are taking a firm view of preventing any escalation of these percentages. With the high costs of health care around the world, many stakeholders wonder if introducing or adjusting copayments will produce better health outcomes.  Schmerzmittel Shop
