I know that I shouldn't wish time away, at least that's what my Grandma told me when I was growing up. Here's the thing, this is the last day of June and I live in southwestern North Carolina. Let me tell you, it's hot!!! I am already looking forward to fall and cooler weather but I got my package of  Cozy Slipper Socks so I'm in an even bigger rush for cool weather so I can wear them around the house or with my boots.

 I really like that all 6 pairs are neutral colors so I can wear them with just about anything. They are so soft! I wish I could demonstrate or decribe to you how soft they are but you would just have to feel them for yourself.

 They are made of 100% polyester so they are easy to care for, just machine wash and tumble dry. Do not use fabric softener or bleach and do not iron.

Buying clothes for teens and 'tweens can be so difficult. but I found something for my grand daughter that we can both agree on. This adorable Bunnies Summer Pajama Set ,it's so cute! Comfotable too, the material is made up of  35% cotton and 65% polyester, so the material is lightweight for these hot summer nights.

 Both the shirt and shorts are loose fitting for comfort and the shirt has short raglan sleeves. These pajamas are perfect for lounging at home, or acceptable to wear at a sleepover. If my grand daughter had her way, I'm sure she'd wear them during the day too.

 There's no buttons or zippers, just pull over closure. The bottoms have an stretchy elastic waistband , pure comfort. All of the hems on the shorts and shirt are soft rounded hems. These are really quality constructed.

 Easy to care for too, machine wash in cold water and line dry. It doesn't get much easier than that.

 I wish these came in my size, I would definately get a pair for myself. As if I hadn't said it already, these are so cute!! The bunny graphics are such a delightful touch.

As I have written many times before, my family enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and a lot of other outdoor activities. We go through a lot of headlamps. I thought I'd give this one a try. This 200 Lumen Headlamp has both white light and red, with 5 lighting modes.

 One button controls the white light. By repeatedly pressing it the light changes from very bright to dim and then flashing. The flashing is a distress call. Personally, I am a little sensitive to the flashing light so I do not look directly at it, but in case of an emergency where I need help, it's good to know that option is available.

 The red light comes in handy if you are camping of whatever you may be doing in the dark and want to preserve your low-light vision around camp.

 The strap of this headlamp is adjustable so an adult or even the grandkids can wear it. The batteries are included and very easy to install. Once you open the package, install the batteries, you are ready for hands free  vision in the dark.

 I am impressed with this headlamp and am looking forward to using it again on out next adventure.
