As you have read in past posts I'm not much of a fantasy book reader but this week I agreed to read The Stone Bearers by Jaque Stevens. It was a really good book with a great story line and well developed characters. Without being a spoiler, it's a story of a young girl, anxious to find excitement and live a life other than the one she's been living as a potter's daughter. It's an exciting story of travel, magic and adventure and a quest for happiness. A great book for a young adult, it kept my attention. I read it in the course of 2 days. I like Ms. Steven's style of writing, I really enjoyed this book.
